Payment

Fashion Spine accepts following online payments Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or indicated by your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

Fashion Spine uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can not be read by other third parties.

If you transfer via bank, you will not be covered by the rules of chargebacks.

Delivery

Delivery time between 1-5 business days.

Fashion Spine uses following couriers: GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS – Pakkeshop, DHL

The freight is calculated by weight.

You will be able to choose between sending the package “without redeployment” or “with redeployment”.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)

You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you; a) receive your product b) receives the last goods, if the ordered is delivered separately c) get the last lot or the last part of a good, when the good is consisting of multiple lots or pieces.

You must, within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by mail: mail@withlovefromzoe.com . In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot return the goods by simply rejecting it without giving us clear communication on this via mail@withlovefromzoe.com

Return

You need to send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When you return an item, you are responsible for those goods are packed safely and in original condition. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods.


The condition of the goods, when you send it back

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested further than what is described above, we consider it as used, which means, that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you get of course the amount you have paid us back. In case of an impairment, which you are liable to, it will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will return the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied us with evidence of having sent back the goods. What should I send back? You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD (Cash on delivery)

If there is something wrong with the product (guarantee)

When you shop at www.withlovefromzoe.com you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you get either the item repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I advertise? You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after you have discovered the defect, the claim is always timely.
We will refund reasonable freight costs. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must be sent to: Fashion Spine, Havbakken 50, DK-6710 Esbjerg V .

When sending items to us we need the following information; please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible.

Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD or the like. Remember that the product always should be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

The original invoice/ order confirmation has to be included.

Personal data is registered with Fashion Spine and stored for up to five years after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The Director and staff of Fashion Spine have access to the information that is registered about you. For delivery purposes only, your personal information will be shared with Pakkelabels. Pakkelabels does not have consent to use Your information for marketing purposes.

Complaints

Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

SIZE GUIDE

Most of our items are adjustable, unless stated otherwise. Measurements for all products are mentioned within the description section of each item. To give you the best size indication we measure the size of the highest and tallest part of the product.

RINGS

How to get your ring size:

Wrap a piece of Tape around your finger. If you have no tape, use a piece of string, mark it and measure it with a ruler. Match your measurement to the circumference mentioned below and find out your ring size from the table.

JEWELRY CARE

WLFZ Jewelry are pieces crafted with love. Many of the components are put together by hand. Natural products, gemstones etc. can sometimes be slightly different in the color, size and pattern of the material or embellishment.

This is all part of the charm of handmade products.

Unless stated otherwise most of the websites Jewelry is costume jewelry. Costume jewelry is made of materials that are less valuable then fine jewelry. Usually featuring glass, beads and synthetic stones rather then precious gems.

Our main material is usually brass or steel, gold and silver-plated unless stated otherwise.

The finish on plated jewelry may fade progressively over time from wear and tear. By taking a few precautions you may be able to prevent this.

Always avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool or seawater, and so on. You can help avoid these things by putting your jewelry on last when getting ready to go out. It is also best to remove rings before washing your hands.

You can remove natural body oils, sweat or residue by using a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry after wearing them.

If your jewelry comes into contact with water, it is recommended that you dry it with a soft cloth or tissue, as moisture can damage surfaces and cause them to rust or become pitted.

Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or case with the lid closed to prevent this from happening.

LEATHER CARE

Some of our pieces are made of leather. Leather is a natural material and slight inconsistencies of colour and texture are part of its unique character. Designed to age with wear, leather may fade and soften beautifully over time. In order to maintain the appearance of your leather product, you may want to use a leather protector. It is best to do a patch test on an inconspicuous area beforehand. Remember to cover any embellishments such as metal or beading, when applying the protector. Also, always take extra care when wearing light colored pieces with dark denim to avoid the dark dye transferring to your Jewelry or the other way around.
